Our Story
Movement is a powerful form of self-expression, a means to find balance, a way to escape, and a reminder that you’re truly alive. Running a mile in under four minutes required more than just rigorous training; it requires resilience, respect, and significant relaxation. Most importantly, it calls for a new approach to movement. When I began working with On in 2019, their innovative Cloud technology captivated me. This inspired me to launch The Trainer Container, curating only the most cutting-edge and inspiring products centered around new movement. Running the shop and attending numerous incredible events allowed Oli to join the journey, bringing a fresh perspective backed by a strong foundation in science and nutrition. Today, The Trainer Container continues to grow alongside its community.
